At BKB Group Australia, we’re committed to customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. Our Returns & Exchanges Policy outlines your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including what to do in the event of faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, as well as change-of-mind returns and warranty claims.

We accept returns on eligible unused parts within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll cover costs if a product is defective or incorrectly supplied. Custom or special-order parts are non-returnable unless faulty.
